Just when I was about to lose hope, Dodgers rookie 3rd baseman Blake DeWitt hits a first career walk-off single to lift Dodgers from early deficit against Cincinnati Reds! Final score 6-5 Dodgers! Wow… nothing can stop him now!

- Chan Ho Park delivers his pitch against the Angels.
Chan Ho Park filled in the 5th starter spot on Saturday against LA Angels and showed great stuff! The Dodgers won 6-3, and because Park only lasted four innings, Hong-Chih Kuo, who relieved Park, got the win.
All Dodgers’ pitcher of this game were Asians! (Park-Kuo-Saito)

Ian Worrel’s AfterEffects Workshop
Ian Worrel, a fellow CalArts 4th year character animator, hosted an AfterEffects workshop in A108 2D animation lab. He’s been getting lots of questions of how he achieved certain looks in his films, so he started this workshop in hopes of answering those questions.
It was very rich in contents and I have to say I’ve learned a lot compared to what I could’ve learned in Video Animation/Composition class for past 2 years. Now I can’t wait to test the effects Ian showed in the workshop over the summer and get better at AfterEffects to enhance my filmmaking skills! Thanks Ian, you are truly an awesome guy!
